Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid Content Cornerhub engagements: sales pipeline dashboard builds, account analytics reviews, forecast calibration workshops, and weekly pipeline meeting support retainers. The complimentary pipeline audit has no fee and therefore no refund.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we cancel an engagement we cannot deliver, when a written engagement letter expressly allows a cooling-off period, or when fees were charged in error. Completed workshop attendance and delivered dashboard handoffs are generally non-refundable.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 14 days of the charge date or within the period stated in your engagement letter, whichever is longer, by emailing info@content-cornerhub.click.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: If we cancel before work starts, or if a deposit was taken and we mutually agree not to proceed before discovery begins.
• Partial refund: If you cancel after discovery or workshops have started, we may retain fees covering time already spent (interviews, stage workshops, drafts) and refund the unused balance.

Non-refundable items

• Completed forecast calibration workshops once the session has begun
• Work already accepted at a milestone (for example, approved draft dashboard)
• Third-party meeting room fees already booked at your request
• Retainer months already delivered

Deposits

Dashboard builds may require a deposit set out in the engagement letter. Deposits secure scheduling. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the kickoff meeting, the deposit is refundable minus any non-recoverable preparation costs disclosed in writing. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Workshops and audits may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least five business days’ notice. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 25% of the workshop fee. Retainers require 30 days’ written notice to stop future months; the current month is charged in full.

No-shows

If your attendees do not join a booked workshop or audit without notice, the session is treated as delivered for fee purposes. We will offer one courtesy reschedule when capacity allows.

Work already started

Time logged against discovery, data review, design, and revisions is billable. Unused future phases may be refunded or credited toward another engagement by agreement.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary. We will confirm the amount and method by email.
